Arts and Crafts
When you have young children arts and crafts are easy to do and there are always craft supplies in the house. You usually have crayons, glue, paint, scissors, construction paper which can be used for many arts and craft projects.
Rainy Day Fun
On rainy weekends I bring out my craft supply box. You know how it is. Whenever you start something without an explanation curiosity comes calling. This brings in the troops and they are eager to play with mom.
We always have fun and all it takes is a little imagination.
Nothing Complicated
The usual craft supplies you keep on hand for homework or school projects is all you need most of the time. Being creative is part of the fun.
A little glue or glue sticks, scissors, a variety of papers, crayons, paint, markers, and a lot of fun. Some other supplies I pick up at the dollar stores which helps us to keep things in a budget.
Share The Art Project
Please share your art projects with us. Children are so proud of their work. When you share it with us we will be honored to showcase it in our Collage Gallery.
Email us with the information about the work you are submitting. Include the child's first name, age, state, and if possible, a title of the picture -- and please remember to upload a photo of the artwork to the email before you hit "send".
