Easter Egg Hunt

An outdoor egg hunt is so much fun for the whole family. The best type of eggs to use are the plastic ones. You can purchase them in the dollar store. Open the eggs and put a suprise in each egg. The suprise can be anything you wish. (some change, individually wrapped candies, a note,). All you need to do is hide the eggs when there is nobody around. When you have gathered all the people up who are going to participate just remember to tell them if they are hot or cold. The one with the most eggs wins! Remember though, everyone is a winner because there are suprises in each egg. Enjoy your day.

Catch That Leprechaun

Do you have your pre-schoolers coming home from school saying they are waiting for the leprechaun.

When they go to bed at night make a trail of nickels and dimes and pennies from their bedroom door to the breakfast table. Another fun idea is when they are at school you can put a drop of green food coloring in the toilet bowl, and let them find it when they come home. You can move some kitchen chairs out of place and in a plastic bowl put some water and a few coins with a drop of green food coloring and leave it for them to find on the kitchen table. They will go crazy trying to catch that little tiny leprechaun that for some reason we can never catch. Have fun with it.
