Kids Art Work

Every child is important and special and their art work is an important form of expression. Children have very creative imaginations and as parents we treasure their work.

It is our job to encourage them and teach them to love themselves. Creative expression in the form or art is a great way to begin. By encouraging children to color and draw we are giving them an opportunity to grow and learn.

Now matter how a child holds a crayon or paintbrush every child demostrates their own theories on life.

As a parent of a boy who is color deficient, I must encourage him and try my hardest to get him to understand the easiest way he can help himself when working with colors so he is comfortable with his choice of colors and his art work.

It is important for children to feel special about their art work. There is no right or wrong way to do art work. Here are some samples of my sons artwork. The art work you see here is made from a 6 year old color deficient boy.

Children are very creative. Here is a great place to share your child's art work in our Collage. Send anything your child has made whether it's a coloring page, finger paint, or fine art. Displaying their works of art will make them so proud of their designs.
